City of New Cordell COVID-19
The city will no longer pick up garbage or any other items not placed inside of a blue poly cart. We value the health and wellbeing of our employees and will not pick up any bags or anything else that is not inside of the blue polycarts. The City will not pick up limbs. If you have something placed at your curb that is not inside a polycart you will be requested to remove it. If you do not remove it in a reasonable time you will recieve a citation.
You can now use our online payment option. PAY YOUR UTILITY BILL ONLINE You will need to know the amount your payment needs to be which is located on your bill. You can click on the link above and follow the on screen prompts to pay your bill with a credit/debit card or a check.

It is a violation of city ordinances for citizens to discharge any firearm within the municipal boundaries.
Animals are required to be on a leash held by a competent person while out of a fenced yard.
During this COVID-19 pandemic Police Officers will take any measures necessary to resolve issues with vicious animals at large.
Roll-Off containers will be available January 25 Thru January 29
for Cordell Residents to dispose of their large unwanted items. Rolloff containers will be located at the Republic Yard at 108 South Claude Rowe accross from the Coop. You must have a receipt from the city hall showing you have paid $10 per load to dispose of unwanted items.
TRANSPORTATION OF ALL ITEMS MUST BE PROVIDED BY RESIDENTS AND ALL ITEMS MUST BE PUT INSIDE THE ROLL-OFF CONTAINERS.
NO CURBSIDE PICKUP BY CITY EMPLOYEES WILL BE PROVIDED.
PAINT, BATTERIES, TIRES OR ANYTHING WITH FREON WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE ROLL-OFF CONTAINERS OR AT THE SITE.
IF YOU BRING THESE ITEMS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE THEM BACK WITH YOU.
